• Full payment upon booking, your booking will be complete after payment is received.
• If the booking is made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the date check-in the system will not allowed.

• Extra person without extra bed, automatic charge 300 baht per person, breakfast included.
• Extra bed charge 500 baht including breakfast.
• Pet not allowed and Non-Smoking rooms.

• Check out time : 12:00 (noon)
• Late check-out, please inform receptionist at front desk.
• Special request are subject to availability upon check-in and may occur additional charge.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation must reach us at least 7 days prior to arrival date. If the cancellation is made after 7 days,
  the 50% of the total room will be charged.
• In NO SHOW case, the full room charge will be applied.
